I received 4 years of secondary education in CHIJ St. Joseph's Convent from 2005 to 2008.
I graduated with
6 O Level Credit Passes with 2 Distinctions in English Literature & Hindi
L1R5 of 16 and L1R4 of 13
Decent grades for most. My results however were not up to the expectations of many. With the support of my family and my determination, I did see a dramatic shift in my grades in polytechnic.
Current Education: Ngee Ann Polytechnic
Due to my good cca records, I was able to deduct 2 bonus points and meet the cut off point of Business Studies. Initially, It was a little hard and pressurizing on me as everyone of the 400 students in my course had impressive O level scores. The competition was intense. Due to my hardwork and determination however, I was able to top my cohort and received the award of being the most outstanding student in my first semester with a GPA of 4.0.
In the second semester, I was able to maintain my GPA of 4.0. I managed to push myself further by attaining As with distinction for all of my 6 modules.
Paper Qualification is necessary but it is not the only aspect that a student should focus on. Personal development has to be cultivated and this can be done effectively through co-curricular activities. Hence, in my page on ,My CCA, elaborations of my key CCA events in Secondary School & Ngee Ann Polytechnic has been displayed.
